♨️ By the time they're finished, evening has finally struck a full moon waxing and waning above a brilliant midnight blue sky filled to the brim with twinkling stars. ♨️ The competition refuses to settle down for the entire stay! However, between battling to see who can stay in the springs the longest and who can breathe underwater for the longest they finally enjoy a nice snack of alcohol and hot spring boiled eggs. Gilgamesh is sparkling like the sun, Ozymandias is jeering with pride and 's just say that a 'length/size' match erupts between the three as they dart between complimenting each other's well-toned bodies, as well as competing over their.various 'assets'. ♨️ Things become ridiculously competitive between the kings once they undress for the baths. ♨️ "If only I could fit a place like this in my Ionian Hetairoi." Something about this place excites Iskandar greatly, to the point where he thinks that it would be a fun addition to the world of his reality marble. Actually, the staff are so impressed by the breadth of Gilgamesh's knowledge that they ask him if he wants to work with them leaving the King of Heroes torn between feeling pride that they value his insight, and abject horror at merely comprehending what it would be like to work in customer service. Although their shared bedroom is quite plain, Gilgamesh waxes poetry at the ancient crafting methodology behind its incantation as the other two actually listen with rapt interest. Life isn't easy for tall kings in the hot springs, after all. The roof is so low that poor Iskandar smashes head-first into it. ♨️ Other visitors stare at them in awe, as they enter the rather quaint and small ryokan (inn). This unleashes yet another catastrophic reaction, with the ryokan manager fainting with shock. Gilgamesh is so moved by their kindness that he pays them in gold. ♨️ They are greeted with such sincere and heartwarming customer service, with staff gifting them with traditional Japanese snacks and a nice soothing cup of tea. In addition to this, Ozymandias almost causes an indefinite crisis by trying to take photos with his Sphinx family. A fight breaks out once Iskandar starts photobombing Gilgamesh's selfies.

When asked why, he begrudgingly admits that it's the main setting of some of his favorite tv dramas and anime- with a massive blush on his face. ♨️ As soon as they arrive, Gilgamesh's inner fanatic is unleashed as he takes an entire slew of selfies of this location. ♨️ After debating in the car on whether they should go to a bar first, or a resort spa or a quaint little hot spring in the countryside they play a rather violent game of rock paper scissors (that almost knocks Ozymandias out of his golden car) until finally, they all begrudgingly decided to go to a location famed for its legendary springs. As to why Gilgamesh has been ever-so-conveniently storing tourist guides and maps in his gate.well, he absolutely refuses to let them know (he loves travelling)! They have no choice but to rely on a good old map, courtesy of Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon. ♨️ Although they all pride themselves on entering establishments of a good quality, the urge to sit and relax in refreshing waters is too strong for them to mull over which hot springs are best to visit.
♨️ Before anybody can even stop them, the three jump into any vehicle they find and jet off to the closest Hot Springs! Ozymandias and Iskandar battle over who is the better driver, but after Iskandar attempts to make the car fly with Bucephalus as a ploy to save time the wheel is rightfully yielded to Ozymandias. I have no need to rest like the common zasshu", Iskandar's explanation on the beauty of the springs, paired with Ozymandias' incessant challenges to a duel- eventually results in him caving in!!! Although Gilgamesh vehemently denied the need to rest- "The King is infallible. ♨️ Chaldea had finally scheduled a week-long holiday!
